Scott Wealthall – Olivemead Lake, Dauntsey, Wiltshire, November 2024
‘We moved to Chippenham way back in 2007 and first met Marc in 2008. That first meeting with Mark changed our whole business plan and because of this meeting we have been able to expand year on year. Over some 17+ years to date we have an excellent working relationship with Willis and Co and more directly with Stuart and James. We have been using their services since 2008 and through their in-depth knowledge, professionalism and expertise they have gained our business planning permission for several holiday lodges and our own personal dwelling where we thought this wouldn’t be possible. We cannot recommend Willis and Co highly enough, they have gone abouve and beyond to obtain all the permissions we have needed to expand our business.
Our latest planning applications were for a new managers dwelling and another new holiday lodge which we have been successful in obtaining permission for, thanks to Stuart, James and the team at Willis and Co.
As I’ve already mentioned we have been using Willis and Co’s services getting on for 17 years and we would not use any other town planners.
We 100% recommend the services they offer and they always give a 5 star service.’
Amy Saunders – Alpaca Enterprise, Hideaway Wood Farm, Northamptonshire, November 2024
We are very grateful for the professional support of Willis & Co helping us navigate the complicated process of securing planning permission for our temporary agricultural workers dwelling, barn and access track to support our alpaca breeding enterprise. Willis & Co helped us overcome hurdles that felt impossible at the time, whilst always explaining things in an easy to understand way. The team are extremely knowledgeable and pragmatic and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.’
