Erection of two dwellings, Wiltshire
Willis & Co. were instructed to seek planning permission for a pair of detached dwellings on part of the garden of a house on the edge of the village, outside of the village framework boundary.
There were several issues which needed careful handling, including policy issues, access and trees. Planning permission was ultimately granted under delegated powers.
