Erection of rural workers dwelling, Dorset
Willis & Co. were instructed by an established alpaca breeder to relocate his farming enterprise onto a 30 acre block of bare land in an AONB and close to a Scheduled Ancient Monument. An application was made for a temporary rural workers dwelling and an agricultural building.
After a trial period, planning permission was sought for a permanent rural workers dwelling. The existing temporary dwelling has been retained for tourist use. Recently, planning permission has been obtained for a second agricultural building close to the Scheduled Ancient Monument.
